About the role We're looking for a Tech Lead to head our newly formed Developer Experience team. The team's mission is to improve how engineers build, test, and ship software — reducing friction across the full development lifecycle through better tooling, smarter pipelines, and platform design that makes the right path the easy path. This is a foundational role — you'll shape the team's direction and be hands-on in building what matters. What You'll Do Design and improve CI/CD pipelines, review workflows, and release processes that reflect how teams actually work today, including with AI-assisted development Build internal platforms, SDKs, CLIs, and libraries that engineers adopt because they're genuinely useful — not because they're mandated Integrate GenAI into platform tooling thoughtfully, with automated quality checks and feedback loops that make AI-assisted code safer over time Own the platform roadmap.
