This is a rare opportunity to shape something from the ground up at a company where data genuinely drives strategy.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your team</strong></p><p>You'll be <strong>the founding lead of a new Marketing Analytics team</strong> embedded within the Marketing Technology department. From day one you'll work closely with senior marketing stakeholders across channels and collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to build best-in-class analytical solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The tech stack</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Database:</strong> AWS stack (Redshift, Athena, Glue, S3)</li><li><strong>Data Pipelines:</strong> Airflow, dbt</li><li><strong>Visualization:</strong> Looker</li><li><strong>Analytics:</strong> SQL, Python</li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Git, Jira, Confluence, Slack</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and develop a team of 2 data analysts, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and analytical excellence</li><li>Partner with senior marketing leadership on strategic initiatives, providing insights that directly influence channel strategy, budget allocation, and revenue growth</li><li>Translate marketing logic across a diverse channel mix (Performance Marketing, SEO, CRM, Affiliate) into clear analytical requirements, and communicate findings to both technical and commercial audiences</li><li>Support the Marketing Technology team on tracking implementation, event design, and data flows to ensure data quality and a reliable reporting infrastructure</li><li>Stay hands-on as an individual contributor (approx. 50% of time, especially in the early phase), diving deep into the details when it matters</li><li>Build out the team over time, hiring top talent, setting clear goals, and growing people professionally and personally</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you bring</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics or Customer Analytics, ideally within a B2B or B2C organisation where marketing is a core performance driver and spans multiple channels</li><li>Deep hands-on expertise in at least one of the following: <strong>attribution modelling, cost and revenue allocation, or bidding strategy</strong></li><li>Prior people management experience is a must</li><li>A proven track record of engaging executive and senior stakeholders, communicating complex analytical topics clearly and confidently</li><li>A mission-driven, customer-centric mindset: you start with business goals, translate them into analytical solutions, and break down complexity into actionable insights</li><li>Active use of AI tools in your day-to-day work (coding, planning, workflows), and the ability to bring your team along on that journey</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What's in it for you</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Impact:</strong> your analysis shapes channel strategy and budget decisions at scale, with direct visibility into outcomes</li><li><strong>Ownership:</strong> you're building the function, not inheriting it; the team, the processes, the standards are yours to define</li><li><strong>Growth:</strong> learning culture, mentorship, personal development budgets, with a strong AI lens</li><li><strong>Great people:</strong> international, high-calibre colleagues who push each other and celebrate together</li><li><strong>Flexibility: </strong>hybrid setup (50% in-office), plus up to 8 weeks/year from other locations</li><li><strong>Perks:</strong> travel benefits, gym discounts, events across nearly 30 offices worldwide</li></ul><p></p> </div>
