It's a real IC responsibility, strategic visibility, and a genuine seat at the table.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The role:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead a team of 4 direct reports within the Business Intelligence department</li><li>You'll help define what AI-native analytics looks like in practice: the tools, the workflows, the standards, the rituals. Your team will use Claude, Cursor, and whatever comes next as core instruments, not novelties.
