The team works closely with the Application team and is responsible for the technical infrastructure supporting simulation environments, from hardware up to the operating system.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your tasks : </strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Support and maintenance of VMware infrastructure, virtual machines and physical hardware.</li><li>Administration of physical and virtual servers, from hardware layer up to the operating system.</li><li>Operating system configuration, management and deployment, mainly focused on: Windows Server, Windows clients / Windows 11, RedHat-based OS / RHEL 8.</li><li>Virtualized infrastructure administration, including VMware / vSphere.</li><li>Participation in the VMware migration from version 8 to version 9.</li><li>Infrastructure management, monitoring, troubleshooting and incident resolution.</li><li>Datacenter environment, including both virtual hosts and bare metal hosts.</li><li>SQL Server 2022 environment.</li><li>Automation and scripting, ideally with Ansible and/or PowerShell.</li><li>Tools and methodologies: Jira, Confluence, Agile / Scaled Agile Framework</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Skills and experience : </strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>A Senior System Engineer / Senior Infrastructure Engineer</li><li>Strong experience on Windows Server or RedHat / Linux</li><li>Experienced with VMware / virtualized infrastructure</li><li>Comfortable with production / critical environments</li><li>Hands-on, autonomous and problem-solving oriented</li><li>Able to interact with both technical and business teams</li><li>Comfortable in an Agile / SAFe environment</li><li>Fluent in English is a must</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Who are we ?</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>🌍 <strong>Founded in 2007</strong>, Antaes is a <strong>Swiss management and technology consulting company</strong> 🇨🇭, ranked among the <strong>top 10 consulting firms in Switzerland</strong>.
