<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>Position : </strong>Data Analyst Junior</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Canton of Vaud, Switzerland</p><p><strong>Workload:</strong> 100%</p><p><strong>Start date:</strong> To be defined</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Context</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>Our client, a major international organisation, is looking for a <strong>Junior Data Analyst</strong> to strengthen its medical team as part of the development and operation of a new medical platform.</p><p>This platform aims to centralise, structure and improve the reliability of medical data, particularly data related to injuries, in order to support reporting, analysis and continuous improvement of medical processes.</p><p>The position is part of an environment combining <strong>healthcare, data quality and digital platform operations</strong>, within a dynamic and specialised team.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Purpose of the Role</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>The Junior Data Analyst will contribute to the quality, consistency and reliability of the data integrated into the medical platform.</p><p>They will support data collection, validation, cleaning and documentation activities to ensure that the information used by the medical teams is complete, usable and compliant with defined standards.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Support data collection and data flow monitoring related to the medical platform.</li><li>Perform regular validation, cleaning and consistency checks on incoming data.</li><li>Identify missing, inconsistent, incomplete or implausible data.</li><li>Follow up with the relevant colleagues or contributors to resolve data anomalies.</li><li>Contribute to the documentation of field definitions, coding rules, procedures and data-entry standards.</li><li>Prepare clean and usable datasets for senior colleagues within the medical unit.</li><li>Support functional testing of the platform, particularly regarding data entry, validation logic and output quality.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management and data quality processes.</li><li>Promote a culture of rigour, quality and responsibility around medical data.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field such as health sciences, epidemiology, data science, biostatistics or a related discipline.</li><li>Master’s degree would be an advantage but is not mandatory.</li><li>Basic knowledge of human anatomy and musculoskeletal injuries.</li><li>Strong interest in data quality, validity and structuring.</li><li>Organised, reliable and rigorous profile with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Good communication skills to follow up on inconsistencies or missing data.</li><li>Motivation to work in a medical environment and contribute to the development of a digital platform.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Expected Experience</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Initial experience gained through studies, internships, student jobs or early professional experience.</li><li>Experience in data handling, data administration or support for research activities.</li><li>Experience with structured datasets or data quality control processes would be an asset.</li><li>Exposure to a medical, healthcare or research environment would be appreciated.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Skills</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Strong sense of rigour and reliability.</li><li>Ability to consistently follow defined processes.</li><li>Good coordination and communication skills.</li><li>Proactive and service-oriented mindset.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.</li><li>Willingness to learn and contribute to a platform development project.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.</li><li>Initial experience with a data-related tool or environment would be an asset: advanced Excel, SPSS, R, Python, SQL or Tableau.</li><li>Ability to work with structured templates, data-entry systems and functional documentation.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Languages</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Fluent English required, both written and spoken.</li><li>French and/or German would be an asset.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>🌍 <strong>Founded in 2007</strong>, Antaes is a <strong>Swiss management and technology consulting company</strong> 🇨🇭, ranked among the <strong>top 10 consulting firms in Switzerland</strong>.
