We are currently seeking a passionate and proactive individual to fill the role of System Support Engineer within the RnD Service chapter, located in Rotkreuz (CH).</p><p>As a System Support Engineer, you will be a key technical expert within a cross-functional environment, responsible for supporting our clients Diagnostic Systems throughout their entire lifecycle, from development to post-launch.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>The Perfect Candidate</strong> is a proactive and autonomous team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills, featuring a strong customer and service orientation. <strong>Essential Qualifications: Initial experience in a technical or mechanical role.</strong> First-hand experience working in a <strong>highly regulated industry and in laboratories (Biosafety Levels S1 and S2). </strong>Proficiency in English, as this role operates within a global environment.
