You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and contractors across Europe, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage end-to-end delivery of physical security projects across multiple European sites</li><li>Conduct site surveys, define project scope, and oversee implementation plans</li><li>Coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution</li><li>Oversee <strong>construction, installation, and system commissioning activities</strong></li><li>Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and performance reporting</li><li>Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across regions and functions</li><li>Drive continuous improvement and best practices across project delivery</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of project management experience (physical security, construction, or facilities preferred)</li><li>Strong understanding of security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, perimeter protection)</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency with project management tools and reporting dashboards</li><li>Fluent <strong>English</strong> and <strong>German</strong> (mandatory)</li><li>Willingness to travel across Europe (30–40%)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>If you’re looking to lead complex, multi-site projects and make a tangible impact within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, apply today.</p> </div>
