<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <ul><li>Associate Specialist - Strategy &amp; Partnerships</li><li>9 month consultancy project<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>About Our Client<br/><br/></strong>Our client is a <strong>international organization based in Geneva</strong>.<br/><br/>As part of a temporary reinforcement of its <strong>Market Shaping, Partnerships &amp; Innovation</strong> activities, the organization is seeking an <strong>Associate Specialist, Strategy &amp; Partnerships</strong> to support the delivery of strategic initiatives and partnerships.<br/><br/><strong>Job Description<br/><br/></strong>Reporting to the Manager, Market Shaping &amp; Partnerships, the Associate Specialist will support the development, implementation and monitoring of strategic interventions, working closely with internal teams and a broad range of external partners.<br/><br/>This role combines partnership strategy, strategic coordination and project management, within a complex and highly exposed international environment.Partnership Strategy &amp; Management<br/><br/><ul><li>Support the mapping of key external partners relevant to market shaping initiatives</li><li>Contribute to the development and implementation of partnership strategies, engagement plans and joint workplans</li><li>Monitor progress against agreed partnership objectives and report on results</li><li>Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks and mitigation actions in coordination with the Manager<br/><br/></li></ul>Strategic Coordination &amp; Communications<br/><br/><ul><li>Coordinate and contribute to briefing notes, presentations and talking points for senior leadership and external partners</li><li>Support annual workplan development and strategic priority‑setting processes</li><li>Coordinate meetings, workshops and partner engagements, working with internal and external stakeholders<br/><br/></li></ul>Strategic Initiative Project Management<br/><br/><ul><li>Lead day‑to‑day project management for a major strategic initiative, including workplans, timelines and deliverables</li><li>Coordinate internal and external reporting, producing high‑quality analyses, narratives and visuals</li><li>Identify and escalate implementation risks and contribute to mitigation strategies<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>The Successful Applicant<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Master's degree in business administration, strategy, global health, international relations or a related field</li><li>Proven experience in strategy, partnerships, project management or consulting roles</li><li>Exposure to international organizations, global health institutions or multilateral environments</li><li>Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination</li><li>Excellent analytical, writing and presentation skills, with experience preparing materials for senior audiences</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast‑paced environment<br/><br/></li></ul>Background in <strong>management consulting</strong> or advisory roles is a strong asset.<br/><br/><strong>Languages<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Fluent English required</li><li>French is an asset; additional languages are a plus<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>What's on Offer<br/><br/></strong>2 days of home office per week.<br/><br/><strong>Contact<br/><br/></strong><strong>Quote job ref: JN-052026-7008941</strong> </div>
