<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <ul><li>Drive international projects from planning through delivery</li><li>Prepare executive briefings and support stakeholder engagement and events<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>About Our Client<br/><br/></strong>Our client is an international company.<br/><br/><strong>Job Description<br/><br/></strong>Project Development &amp; Implementation<br/><br/><ul><li>Support the design and development of new projects, tools, templates, and working methodologies.</li><li>Prepare and enhance project documentation, including concept notes, project proposals, logical frameworks, implementation plans, and monitoring tools.</li><li>Conduct research and analysis to support project design and decision-making.</li><li>Contribute to the development of reporting frameworks and project performance indicators.<br/><br/></li></ul>Strategic Communications &amp; Briefing Materials<br/><br/><ul><li>Prepare high-quality briefing notes, talking points, background papers, and stakeholder analyses for senior-level engagements.</li><li>Draft communication materials supporting conferences, workshops, training programmes, and other strategic initiatives.</li><li>Ensure consistency and quality across project and communication deliverables.<br/><br/></li></ul>Stakeholder Coordination &amp; Event Support<br/><br/><ul><li>Provide logistical and substantive support for international meetings, workshops, missions, and conferences.</li><li>Assist with agenda preparation, background documentation, and meeting coordination.</li><li>Facilitate stakeholder engagement and support follow-up actions arising from meetings and events.</li><li>Maintain effective communication with partners and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.<br/><br/></li></ul>Monitoring &amp; Reporting<br/><br/><ul><li>Support project monitoring activities and tracking of deliverables.</li><li>Contribute to the preparation of progress reports and analytical summaries.</li><li>Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and future project development.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>The Successful Applicant<br/><br/></strong>Education<br/><br/><ul><li>Master's degree in International Relations, Public Administration, Law, Development Studies, Project Management, or a related field.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Experience<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management, international cooperation, development programmes, or related areas.</li><li>Demonstrated experience supporting the design and implementation of complex projects.</li><li>Experience working with international organizations, public institutions, NGOs, or multinational environments is highly desirable.<br/><br/></li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<br/><br/><ul><li>Strong project management and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent analytical and research capabilities.</li><li>Ability to prepare high-quality written materials for senior stakeholders.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</li><li>Familiarity with results-based management and monitoring frameworks.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).<br/><br/></li></ul>Languages<br/><br/><ul><li>Excellent written and spoken English is essential.</li><li>Additional languages would be considered an asset.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>What's on Offer<br/><br/></strong>6 month of temporary assignment.<br/><br/><strong>Contact<br/><br/></strong><strong>Quote job ref: JN-072026-7065887</strong> </div>
