That's where you come in!<br/><br/><strong>Job Description<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Design, evolve, and govern scalable enterprise data architectures that support modern data, analytics, and AI use cases, leveraging hands-on experience with decentralized frameworks such as Data Mesh or Data Fabric, ensuring best practices in data modeling, integration, governance, security, and compliance. </li><li>Drive adoption of modern cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and advanced analytics technologies, aligning data architecture with overall enterprise architecture and business strategy. </li><li>Lead technical presales engagements, including client workshops, RFP responses, and solution design to translate business challenges into robust, scalable data architecture blueprints and technical roadmaps. </li><li>Deliver compelling solution presentations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for both technical and executive audiences, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. </li><li>Take architectural ownership in client projects from discovery through implementation and stabilization, conducting architecture reviews and design decisions throughout the project lifecycle. </li><li>Collaborate closely with distributed delivery teams, especially colleagues in India, ensuring architectural integrity, quality standards, and timeline adherence while coaching and mentoring project team members. </li><li>Participate in steering committees and key project governance meetings, contributing to the Data &amp; Analytics community through best practices, reusable assets, and architectural playbooks. </li><li>Act as a thought leader in internal and external client engagements, supporting capability development in modern data platforms, governance, and AI-enabled data solutions. <br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in data architecture, data management, integration, and analytics in complex enterprise environments. </li><li>Strong expertise in modern data ecosystems, including data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, BI/analytics tools, data quality, and governance. </li><li>Proven hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and one data intelligence platform (Databricks, Snowflake) or related services (data lakes, data warehouses, lakehouse architectures). </li><li>Background in data strategy development, data governance frameworks, master data management, or AI/ML-driven data use cases. </li><li>Extensive experience in technical presales, including client workshops, solution design, and showcasing data management accelerators to align strategies with enterprise architecture frameworks. </li><li>Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation skills, and intercultural collaboration experience with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and work effectively with distributed teams. </li><li>Business-fluent German and strong English language skills (written and spoken), with a structured, solution-oriented mindset and high degree of client focus. <br/><br/></li></ul>Additional Information<br/><br/><ul><li>Generous Work-Life Balance: Flexible working hours and option to work from home. </li><li>Health &amp; Wellbeing: Ergonomic workstations, subsidies for health services, sponsored sports events, etc. </li><li>Company Events &amp; Community: Regular after-work sessions, shared breakfasts/lunches, summer and Christmas parties, team events, and more. </li><li>Open, Agile Culture: Flat hierarchies, high level of personal responsibility, international and diverse teams, friendly and supportive team spirit. </li><li>Training &amp; Personal Development: Focus on promoting both technical and personal growth to ensure employees stay up to date. </li><li>Modern Tools &amp; Workspace Design: Modern office, dual monitors, ergonomic equipment, and excellent on-site infrastructure.</li></ul> </div>
