Our work culture is dynamic and non-hierarchical.<br/><br/><strong>Job Description<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Drive business initiatives and collaborate with German OEM stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into functional solutions. </li><li>Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process analysis. </li><li>Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FRS), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business process models. </li><li>Act as the primary interface between business users, Product Owners, customer SMEs, and Agile delivery teams. </li><li>Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). </li><li>Recommend business process improvements and support digital transformation initiatives across the automotive domain. </li><li>Develop solution proposals, business cases, RFP/RFI responses, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs). </li><li>Ensure compliance with EU GDPR, including preparation of Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA/DPIA) and Data Erasure Concepts (DEC). <br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>You have a good understanding of automotive business processes. </li><li>You have experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating with onsite customer stakeholders. </li><li>You hold an IOBBA Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst certification or equivalent (preferred). </li><li>You possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and documentation skills. </li><li>You have experience with Jira, Confluence, BPMN, SQL, Agile/SAFe, and German language proficiency (B1/B2). </li><li>Location: Munich<br/><br/></li></ul>Additional Information<br/><br/><ul><li>30 days of paid vacation, internal and external training opportunities, MyN – Nagarro Employee Share Program, attractive company bicycle arrangements, modern office space at central locations with high-tech equipment, sports programs, access to the corporate benefits portal, free fruit and drinks. </li><li>Plenty of room for innovation in a high-growth environment with the latest technologies and products.
