Since then, we have consistently grown, diversifying our products and introducing our services into new markets.<br/><br/>Epassi has been awarded by the Financial Times as one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe on multiple occasions.<br/><br/><strong>We are now hiring a Staff/Lead Product Designer (App) — a staff-level role with end-to-end ownership of the Epassi super app. This is a senior individual-contributor role: you'll lead through influence, collaboration and design excellence.<br/><br/></strong><strong>Your mission at Epassi<br/><br/></strong>As a staff-level designer, you'll deliver Epassi's vision as the Daily Wellbeing Companion by shaping the super app experience for millions of people — from the long-term concept down to the details that make the app a pleasure to use.<br/><br/><strong>Your Responsibilities Will Be<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Define and shape the super app concept. </li><li>Own the app's design guidelines within the Epassi design system. </li><li>Lead hands-on concept creation, interaction design, and visual design for complex, modular app structures. </li><li>Hold the experience coherent across verticals and markets. </li><li>Raise the quality bar across the app design team — through patterns, critique, and example, not just direct coaching. </li><li>Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and brand marketing. </li><li>Define UX metrics that tie design quality to business outcomes. <br/><br/></li></ul><strong>What Success Looks Like<br/><br/></strong>You make confident decisions across the full app and communicate them with authority — to designers, developers, senior leadership, and business stakeholders alike. You help the team focus on the right problems, not just solve the ones handed to you.
