In this role, your main responsibility is to coordinate Contractors on site- Through your work, you will play a crucial role in helping clients and stakeholders.<br/><br/><strong>What You'll Do<br/><br/></strong><li>Oversee and direct construction activities on-site, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.</li><li>Ensure construction works are executed according to designs, specifications, and any approved changes.</li><li>Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams, to facilitate smooth project flow.</li><li>Implement and monitor Tesla processes, such as work requests and access protocols, while identifying areas for improvement.</li><li>Enforce EHS regulations and policies, conducting routine checks to maintain a safe work environment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality standards, including inspections and corrective actions as needed.</li><li>Track and report on construction progress, ensuring that it is in accordance to project schedule.</li><li>Identify, assess, and resolve potential issues or risks, considering impacts on schedule and contractual scope.</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation, including commercial records related to costs and scope adherence.</li><li>Track and review contractor documentation, such as as-builts, datasheets, quality certificates, and submittals, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.<br/><br/><br/></li><strong>What You'll Bring<br/><br/></strong><li>Bachelors and/or Master’s Degree in Construction, Engineering or Technical Field and/or evidence of exceptional experience. </li><li>Past experiences in construction field in industrial projects</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication in English. German is a plus.</li><li>High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Azure, and other Office softwares</li><li>Willingness to spend a high percentage of time in the field and to get hands dirty as needed to complete objectives or find the correct information. </li><li>Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines and aggressive goals.</li><li>Flexibility to cover nightshifts and weekend shifts.</li><li>Demonstrated experiences in Site Management, construction techniques in respect of EHS process and guidelines</li><li>Proficiency in reading, analysing and interpretation of design documents</li><li>Deep understanding of General Health and Safety Rules and their application on construction sites<br/><br/><br/></li>, Tesla </div>
