If you're looking for a role where you can influence architecture, collaborate closely with software engineers and solve complex technical challenges, this could be an excellent fit.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>This isn't a traditional platform Product Management position focused solely on roadmap ownership and stakeholder management.</p><p>Instead, you'll work alongside Engineering to shape highly technical products, turning complex ideas into scalable solutions. You'll be comfortable discussing APIs, system architecture and technical trade-offs, while helping to define product strategy and drive delivery.</p><p>You'll play a key role in building products that enable secure, trusted digital experiences and support the next generation of AI-powered applications.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li>Partner closely with Engineering to define and deliver complex technical products</li><li>Translate technical challenges into scalable product solutions</li><li>Shape product strategy and roadmap alongside senior stakeholders</li><li>Drive product delivery in a fast-paced, iterative environment</li><li>Work across Product, Engineering and Design to deliver customer value</li><li>Validate ideas through rapid prototyping and experimentation</li><li>Champion developer experience and product usability</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><p>We're particularly interested in Product Managers who have retained strong technical credibility.</p><p>Ideally you'll have:</p><ul><li>5+ years' Product Management experience, including experience operating at Senior Product Manager level</li><li>A background in <strong>Software Engineering</strong> or another highly technical discipline before moving into Product Management</li><li>Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems and modern software architecture</li><li>Experience within <strong>Identity, Authentication, Security, Privacy or Access Management</strong></li><li>Experience building highly technical B2B SaaS or platform products</li><li>Confidence partnering with engineering teams on technical decisions and trade-offs</li><li>Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor or Claude Code) to prototype ideas or validate technical concepts</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What's on Offer</strong></p><ul><li>€80,000 – €105,000 base salary</li><li>Hybrid working – <strong>1 day per week in the Berlin office (typically Thursdays)</strong></li><li>Unlimited holiday</li><li>High level of ownership and autonomy</li><li>Opportunity to build innovative products in one of technology's fastest-growing sectors</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>If you're an engineering-minded Product Manager looking to work on technically challenging products with real-world impact, I'd be delighted to tell you more.</p> </div>
