Become part of our team and help shape the future!</p><p><br/></p><p>What to expect</p><ul><li>In your role as project manager, you are responsible for the entire planning process in the field of building technology.</li><li>In this role, you will lead your project team independently, autonomously and in a solution-oriented manner through all planning phases of a building construction project.</li><li>Your main tasks include planning activities within an integrated team, supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM).</li><li>You represent ATP to clients, authorities and contractors.</li><li>In addition, you will work closely with all specialist departments (architecture, structural engineering, electrical engineering, construction management) as well as external specialist planners.</li><li>You support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal, taking into account climate-neutral planning with the goal of a sustainable building.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>What you bring</p><ul><li>You have completed technical training or studies in the field of building technology (FH, HF or professional certificate).</li><li>Your career path includes professional experience in HVAC planning and site management in all phases of medium to large projects.</li><li>You enjoy leading a project team and actively supporting the training and development of young employees.</li><li>Ideally, you have knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit.</li><li>You inspire with your curiosity about topics such as resource efficiency and sustainability.</li><li>Your confident demeanor, your creative and independent work style and teamwork skills, as well as your analytical thinking, set you apart.</li><li>You have good German skills, both spoken and written (English skills are an advantage).</li></ul><p><br/></p> </div>
