This role is responsible for providing advanced technical consulting on material handling solutions, supporting customers and internal teams with product application, system configuration, and performance optimization. Day-to-day activities include diagnosing complex technical issues, coordinating troubleshooting efforts, and guiding clients through solution implementation and best practices. The Senior Technical Consultant collaborates closely with sales teams to prepare technical proposals, participate in customer meetings, and contribute to product demonstrations. The role also involves documenting technical findings, feeding market and customer insights back to engineering and product management, and mentoring junior technical staff.<br/><strong>Qualifications<br/></strong> <br/><ul><li>Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer requirements, interpret technical data, and recommend effective material handling solutions.</li><li>Demonstrated consulting experience, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and solution design in an industrial or technical environment.</li><li>Proficiency in technical support and troubleshooting, with the ability to resolve complex equipment or systems issues on-site and remotely.</li><li>Experience partnering with sales teams, supporting pre-sales activities, and contributing to technical aspects of proposals and presentations.</li><li>Relevant degree in engineering, industrial technology, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>Familiarity with material handling equipment or industrial automation is highly beneficial.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and travel as needed to customer locations.</li></ul> </div>
