The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing secure, scalable, and high-availability backend services for payment and transaction processing systems. You will work closely with architecture, security, frontend, and core banking teams to build and enhance business-critical financial services.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain backend services for payment and transaction processing</li><li>Build secure and scalable APIs and microservices</li><li>Implement payment workflows, validations, transaction status processing, and booking logic</li><li>Integrate banking/payment interfaces and external services</li><li>Ensure system stability, performance, security, and traceability</li><li>Collaborate with frontend, BFF, core banking, and security teams</li><li>Participate in code reviews and follow best coding and security practices</li><li>Contribute to Agile/Scrum development processes</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of backend development experience</li><li>Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot</li><li>Experience in banking, fintech, or payment processing systems</li><li>Solid understanding of transaction-oriented systems</li><li>Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture</li><li>Knowledge of payment systems, transfers, clearing, or e-banking services</li><li>Experience with SQL databases and transaction management</li><li>Understanding of secure and regulated systems</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Kafka or event-driven architecture experience</li><li>Experience with Docker/Kubernetes</li><li>Knowledge of SEPA, SWIFT, PSD2, or PCI DSS</li><li>Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure)</li></ul><p></p> </div>
