<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>We are looking for an experienced CRM &amp; KYC Business Analyst with strong expertise in Wealth Management, Client Onboarding, and KYC processes to join a leading private banking client in Geneva.</p><p><br/></p><p>This is a hybrid Business Analyst / Product Owner role where you will work closely with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and development teams to deliver CRM and client onboarding solutions while supporting ongoing digital transformation initiatives.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Location: Geneva, Switzerland (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)</strong></p><p><strong>Employment Type: Permanent</strong></p><p><strong>Languages: Fluent French and English.</strong></p><p><strong>Currently residing in Switzerland or willing to relocate immediately.</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.</p><p>Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders.</p><p>Prepare functional specifications and user stories.</p><p>Support CRM implementation and integration initiatives.</p><p>Analyse and improve Wealth Management client onboarding processes.</p><p>Work closely with Compliance and Operations teams on KYC-related requirements.</p><p>Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), FAT, and integration testing.</p><p>Investigate production issues using SQL and provide Level 3 production support.</p><p>Support legacy application replacement through API-based solutions.</p><p>Work within Agile Scrum delivery teams.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><p>Minimum 7 years' experience as a Business Analyst within the Banking domain.</p><p>Recent experience in Wealth Management.</p><p>Strong knowledge of Client Onboarding, KYC, and regulatory compliance.</p><p>Experience with CRM implementation and integration.</p><p>Strong SQL skills.</p><p>Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, Postman, and Swagger.</p><p>Agile Scrum experience.</p><p>Product Owner responsibilities or experience working closely with Product Owners.</p><p>Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><p>Wealth Management platforms.</p><p>Private Banking experience.</p><p>Core Banking systems.</p><p>API-driven digital transformation projects.</p><p></p> </div>
