<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>Title</strong></p><p><strong>Senior Project Manager Manufacturing IT (MES / ERP) – Hands-on | 80–100%</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>An international industrial company in a regulated environment is currently strengthening its Operations IT and is looking for a <strong>hands-on Project Manager</strong> to drive digital transformation across manufacturing and supply chain.</p><p>This is not a coordination role.</p><p>This role is about <strong>execution, ownership and delivery</strong>.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects in manufacturing and supply chain</li><li>Drive implementation of data-driven production and logistics processes</li><li>Work hands-on on system integrations (ERP, MES, WMS, QMS)</li><li>Manage cross-functional teams across IT, engineering, production and supply chain</li><li>Handle multiple project streams in parallel</li><li>Ensure delivery in terms of timeline, budget and quality</li><li>Actively manage risks, dependencies and stakeholders</li><li>Support international rollouts and system implementations</li><li>Ensure compliance in a regulated environment</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your profile</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience in digital transformation projects within manufacturing / supply chain</li><li>Hands-on mindset – you go beyond coordination and actively drive execution</li><li>Solid understanding of manufacturing IT systems (MES, ERP, WMS, QMS)</li><li>Experience in regulated environments (MedTech, Pharma, Life Sciences or similar) is a plus</li><li>Proven track record in delivering complex projects</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills</li><li>Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented</li><li>Fluent German, good English</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What matters most</strong></p><p>We are looking for someone who:</p><ul><li>takes ownership</li><li>gets things done</li><li>is not afraid to go into the details</li><li>drives results instead of managing PowerPoint</li></ul><p></p> </div>
