Then this role is for you.<br/><br/><strong>HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?<br/><br/></strong>As a member of the Digital Technologies Stream within Richemont’s Group Research &amp; Innovation Direction, you will lead innovative projects in the field of digital technologies.<br/><br/>As part of your main responsibilities, you will manage complex technological projects, contribute to the development of new digital solutions, ensure their validation and support their deployment within the Group’s Maisons and entities.<br/><br/><strong>Agile Project Management<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Define and structure assigned projects (objectives, deliverables, planning, risk analysis) according to the relevant methodology</li><li>Ensure project follow-up and steering</li><li>Coordinate actions between R&amp;I, external partners and Maisons</li><li>Draft project documentation and formalize results at each key milestone<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Digital Innovation Lead<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Develop and validate POCs and prototypes within target environments</li><li>Define and execute test plans to validate proposed solutions</li><li>Provide expertise on key technologies used in digital applications within the luxury sector</li><li>Contribute to solution development with a system-level understanding<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Collaboration and Communication<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Lead working groups by facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders</li><li>Simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders, including top management</li><li>Prepare clear and concise test reports to communicate project progress and results<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>You hold a degree in engineering and/or a background in marketing and business.</li><li>You demonstrate a first significant experience in the development of digital solutions, ideally within the luxury sector.</li><li>You have a high sensitivity to image and product, combined with rigor and a strong sense of detail.</li><li>You possess the following skills:</li><li>Knowledge of agile development methodologies and complex innovative project management.</li><li>Deep understanding of key technologies for product visualization (CAD, 3D, etc.).</li><li>In-depth knowledge of the fundamentals of 3D technology (modeling, rendering, texturing).</li><li>You are able to work autonomously and take initiative.</li><li>You have a strong interest and experience in leading technological innovation projects.<br/><br/></li></ul>Comfortable in both French and English (spoken and written), you enjoy sharing your knowledge within collaborative and multidisciplinary teams. Eager to contribute to the digital challenges of the luxury industry, you are results-oriented, curious, analytical and innovative.
