In addition, the role supports Product Management across the wider FTS portfolio, including Fleet Management, Technician App, Clinic Predictive Maintenance, Water Treatment to HD, and future digital service and connectivity solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p>The position combines Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, Architecture Alignment, Stakeholder Management, and Product Management Support, acting as a key interface between Business Stakeholders, Product Management, Architects, Development Teams, External Partners, and Program Leadership.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Fleet Management</strong></p><ul><li>Drive the strategic and operational development of Fleet Management</li><li>Define and prioritize the product roadmap, features, and backlog</li><li>Analyze business requirements and translate them into product solutions</li><li>Model and optimize business and service processes</li><li>Create and maintain requirements, specifications, and solution concepts</li><li>Coordinate architecture, integration, and interface activities</li><li>Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and decision-making sessions</li><li>Present the product to management and key stakeholders</li><li>Manage risks, dependencies, and critical decisions</li><li>Support PI Planning, Release Planning, and delivery activities</li><li>Ensure compliance, documentation, and quality standards</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>FTS Portfolio Support</strong></p><ul><li>Support Product Management across the broader FTS portfolio</li><li>Coordinate cross-product initiatives and dependencies</li><li>Support strategic initiatives and organizational improvements</li><li>Prepare management presentations, steering committee materials, and budget proposals</li><li>Support resource and capacity planning</li><li>Coordinate external suppliers and implementation partners</li><li>Drive topics beyond clearly defined responsibilities where required</li><li>Foster collaboration across products, teams, and stakeholders</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Several years of experience as a Senior Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills across business, management, and technical organizations</li><li>Proven experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and process modelling</li><li>Experience facilitating complex workshops and decision-making processes</li><li>Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive complex initiatives</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills</li><li>Experience working in agile product delivery organizations</li><li>Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Good understanding of modern cloud, platform, and integration architectures</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Cloud, IoT, Edge Computing, or Connected Device ecosystems</li><li>Experience with Azure DevOps, SAFe, or similar agile frameworks</li><li>Experience managing external suppliers and implementation partners</li><li>Understanding of Security, IAM, and Compliance</li><li>Experience in MedTech, Healthcare, or other regulated industries</li><li>Experience with System Integration and System-of-Systems architectures</li></ul><p><br/></p> </div>
