<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>Greetings from Ubique Systems!!!</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst for one of our customer who has an expertise in:-</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Product Vision &amp; Strategy</p><p>● Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap and work closely with Product Owner (Client business team)</p><p>● Ensure alignment with business goals, market needs, and user insights.</p><p>● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback synthesis. Backlog Management</p><p>● Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.</p><p>● Write clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria.</p><p>● Continuously refine backlog items based on feedback and business value.</p><p>● Ensure development work aligns with product priorities and deadlines.</p><p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p><p>● Work closely with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales teams.</p><p>● Collaborate with Scrum Masters and development teams to plan sprints.</p><p>● Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.</p><p>Stakeholder Management</p><p>● Act as the primary point of contact for product-related communication along with</p><p>Product Owner (Client business).</p><p>● Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable work items.</p><p>● Provide timely updates and manage expectations.</p><p>Execution &amp; Delivery</p><p>● Ensure solutions meet customer needs and quality standards.</p><p>● Validate features through testing, demos, and user acceptance testing (UAT).</p><p>● Track product performance using KPIs and iterate based on data.</p><p><br/></p><p>Qualifications</p><p>Required</p><p>● Bachelor’s or Masters degree in business, technology, or related field.</p><p><br/></p><p>● 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.</p><p>● Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.</p><p>● Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</p><p>● Experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs.</p><p>● German Language skills (C1)</p><p>● Automotive / DMS domain expertise</p><p>Preferred</p><p>● Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent.</p><p>● Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.</p><p>● Background in UX/UI principles or software development.</p><p>● Strong data-driven decision-making experience.</p><p><br/></p><p>Key Competencies</p><p>● Strategic thinking &amp; prioritization</p><p>● Customer-centric mindset</p><p>● Leadership &amp; decision-making</p><p>● Technical comprehension</p><p>● Collaboration &amp; communication</p><p>Adaptability in fast-paced environments</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Employment type:-Contract.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>It would be remote working within Bonn, Germany only.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Note:-Only apply if you have valid visa in the EU Region, Sponsorship will not be given.</p><p><br/></p> </div>
