This role is suited to someone who thrives in a high-ownership environment and can build a scalable marketing engine that generates pipeline, supports revenue growth, and strengthens market position across Europe and selected US markets.</p><p><br/></p><p>If you’ve built your career driving demand generation, account-based marketing, and enterprise marketing programmes, and enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, this role offers autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to make a significant impact within a scaling business.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Owning and executing the marketing strategy across account-based marketing, demand generation, content, events, and thought leadership initiatives</li><li>Building and running account-based marketing programmes targeting enterprise organisations across industrial sectors</li><li>Partnering closely with Sales and leadership teams to generate pipeline and support strategic target accounts</li><li>Developing messaging, content, campaigns, and founder-led marketing initiatives that resonate with enterprise buyers</li><li>Driving awareness, engagement, and qualified opportunities across complex buying groups</li><li>Measuring marketing performance, analysing funnel effectiveness, and continuously improving campaign performance</li><li>Building and scaling marketing processes, tooling, content, events, and ways of working</li><li>Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and leadership teams</li><li>Supporting revenue growth through pipeline generation and commercial marketing initiatives</li><li>Strengthening market position through thought leadership, customer engagement, and targeted campaigns</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, field marketing, enterprise marketing, or a similar commercial marketing role</li><li>Strong understanding of account-based marketing, demand generation, pipeline creation, and sales alignment</li><li>Experience developing and executing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified opportunities</li><li>Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience operating effectively within startup or scale-up businesses</li><li>Strong organisational and project management skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Comfortable working in ambiguity and creating structure where it does not yet exist</li><li>Ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams to achieve commercial outcomes</li><li>Self-starters with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you’ll get</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>The opportunity to join a growing AI technology business at a key stage of growth</li><li>High autonomy and ownership in a business-critical role</li><li>The opportunity to shape how the business is positioned, discovered, and adopted by enterprise customers</li><li>A collaborative environment focused on commercial impact and growth</li><li>The opportunity to build and scale a marketing engine that drives measurable business outcomes</li><li>The chance to help establish a recognised market leader within a rapidly evolving sector</li></ul> </div>
