Senior IT Systems Engineer M365 (f/d/m)
For our European Headquarters in Frankfurt am Main area (Offenbach) we are looking for a: Senior IT Systems Engineer M365 (f/d/m) We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Systems Engineer – Microsoft 365 & On-Premise System Operation and Support to strengthen the IT capabilities of our European subsidiaries. In this key role, you will be part of our Collaboration Technology Section, driving the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of our Microsoft 365 ecosystem and on-premise infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Operate and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, on-prem AD/Exchange, and related core systems. Identify and mitigate security risks in collaboration with the Security Team. Automate tasks and reporting (primarily via PowerShell). Perform system patching, updates, and upgrades to maintain stability and security. Handle service requests and provide high-quality support across subsidiaries. Coordinate with Local IT, HR, Legal, and Security teams in each market. Support integration and IT service projects as needed. Maintain clear English documentation for systems, services, and policies. Ensure compliance with Security Guidelines and EU GDPR. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field 5+ years of professional experience in similar field. M365 services (Azure AD, AADC, EXO, Teams, SharePoint Online, hybrid environments, etc.) Active Directory (GPO, LDAP, Security, Delegation/RBAC, Multi-Domain environments, etc.) Identity management & integrations (AD, Azure AD/Entra, Workday, SAP, etc.) PKI infrastructure (CA, certificates) DNS infrastructure Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019 (DAG, arrays, databases, hybrid setups) Anti-Spam systems PowerShell scripting Reverse Proxy technologies (KEMP, F5, etc.) Project management capabilities High sense of ownership and responsibility for operated systems and services Strong documentation skills Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders Excellent English skills (written and spoken) required, second European language would be a plus (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, etc.) Offer & Benefits: Flexible working time Work in an international team and versatile environment Varied tasks with exciting and challenging projects Function-specific, personal, and technology training Attractive salary and excellent compensation and benefits package, including free lunch (as lunch vouchers), a free monthly ticket for public transportation and Wellhub to support your wellbeing Relocation support About us Hyundai AutoEver Europe GmbH (HAEE) is a fully-owned subsidiary of the Hyundai & KIA Motor Group with its Headquarters in Seoul (South Korea).
