For our European Headquarters in Frankfurt am Main area (Offenbach) we are looking for an: Infra Network Engineer (m/f/d) We are looking for a skilled Network Systems Engineer to join our Digital Infra Department and support multiple clients in ensuring stable, secure, and high-performance network environments. In this role, you will work with enterprise-level Cisco WiFi, NAC, network devices, and security solutions while proactively managing, monitoring, and optimizing complex infrastructures. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and administer Cisco WiFi and NAC infrastructure at the enterprise level Maintain and administer network devices such as routers, firewalls, and backbone/floor switches Proactively monitor and troubleshoot network issues to ensure high availability and quality of service Replace faulty network hardware components when required Implement and maintain security measures to protect LAN systems from threats and vulnerabilities, applying security best practices to all network devices Keep systems up to date by applying patches, updates, and firmware upgrades as needed, while minimizing service disruptions Create and maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures to support troubleshooting and knowledge sharing Monitor system performance and capacity, providing recommendations for scaling or optimizing resources to meet business needs Support customer requests within expected timelines and with high-quality service Liaise with Cisco support and vendors for issue resolution, warranty claims, and product updates Ensure that all responsible systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001, GDPR, or industry-specific requirements Requirements: Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware/components Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco ISE and WiFi systems Solid experience with network devices such as Cisco Catalyst switches, routers, and Cisco / Palo Alto firewalls Good understanding of routing and switching protocols (HSRP, OSPF, Spanning Tree, etc.) as well as RADIUS, TACACS, EAP-PEAP, and EAP-TLS configurations Experience with monitoring solutions such as Nagios or SolarWinds Understanding of ITIL processes Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for the design and planning of network communication systems Fluent in English (spoken and written) Nice to have CCNP certification in Cisco Wireless or Routing/Switching area ITIL Foundation certification Offer & Benefits: Flexible working time Work in an international team and versatile environment Varied tasks with exciting and challenging projects Function-specific, personal, and technology training Attractive salary and excellent compensation and benefits package, including free lunch (as lunch vouchers), a free monthly ticket for public transportation and Wellhub to support your wellbeing Relocation support About us Hyundai AutoEver Europe GmbH (HAEE) is a fully-owned subsidiary of the Hyundai & KIA Motor Group with its Headquarters in Seoul (South Korea).
