<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>Senior Digital Marketing Manager</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong> Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Digital Strategy and Planning (Licensing)</li><li>Lead and execute the digital marketing plan for the Licensing (LI) business, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and pipeline goals through comprehensive campaign planning, channel strategy, optimization, and reporting.</li><li>Translate Licensing value propositions into effective digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.</li><li>Drive continuous optimization of Licensing digital activity based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.</li><li>Leverage competitive intelligence and AI enabled tools to enhance digital content, analyze performance and audience behavior, and continuously optimize digital marketing effectiveness across channels.</li><li>Execute and optimize digital activities supporting Licensing and Integrated Biologics cross platform priorities, including LinkedIn Newsletters, blog articles, and assigned events and webinars.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Campaign Management and Demand Generation</strong></p><ul><li>Plan and deliver integrated digital campaigns supporting lead generation, nurturing, and ABM objectives.</li><li>Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from briefing and asset development through deployment and reporting.</li><li>Partner with CRM and marketing operations teams to ensure effective lead handoff and closed-loop reporting.</li><li>Lead email marketing programs, including segmentation, automation, testing, and optimization.</li><li>Own the digital marketing budget, ensuring spend is optimized against pipeline and commercial impact.</li><li>Provide digital support for events and webinars, including social media, email and related digital promotional materials. Work with sales and event teams to ensure timely delivery of leads from related activities.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong> Content Development and Repurposing</strong></p><ul><li>Lead development of digital content assets (e.g., landing pages, emails, video, infographics, interactive tools), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and relevance.</li><li>Own content repurposing across channels, extending the lifecycle and ROI of scientific and longform assets.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong> Website and Digital Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Own Licensing digital experience, ensuring content is current, discoverable, and conversion optimized.</li><li>Partner with web and UX teams on site enhancements, CRO, and accessibility compliance.</li><li>Contribute to and execute SEO/AEO/GEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong> Marketing Technology and Data</strong></p><ul><li>Use audience, behavioural, and performance data to continuously improve targeting, personalization, and ROI.</li><li>Identify and adopt emerging technologies, automation, and AI capabilities to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong> Stakeholder Collaboration and Performance Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary digital marketing partner to Licensing platform leadership and commercial teams.</li><li>Deliver clear performance reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure alignment with global marketing teams on brand positioning, messaging frameworks and campaign narratives.</li><li>Track and optimize Licensing digital execution performance, escalating insights, risks, and opportunities as needed.</li><li>Apply digital best practices, testing, and optimization approaches consistently across supported activities.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong> Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital communications, life sciences, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in digital marketing.</li><li>Proven experience delivering integrated digital marketing programs with measurable business impact.</li><li>Strong proficiency across the core digital marketing disciplines: SEO/AEO/SEM, content marketing, email/marketing automation, web analytics, and campaign management.</li><li>Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Marketo or equivalent MAPs; Salesforce or equivalent CRM; Google Analytics 4).</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to quality, timelines, and stakeholder communication.</li><li>Experience in B2B or complex technical environments, with the ability to understand and communicate scientific or technical topics.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.</li><li>Preferred</li><li>Experience in life sciences, biopharma, biotech, or a CDMO/CRO environment.</li><li>Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress) and web analytics tooling (e.g. GA4, Looker, Tableau).</li><li>Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM, CCPA and GDPR compliant practices in B2B environments.</li><li>Experience managing or collaborating with external agencies.</li><li>Familiarity with marketing complex, consultative products or services with long sales cycles.</li><li>Degree or equivalent professional qualification in marketing, digital, or life sciences.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Start</strong>: 01.05.2026</p><p><strong>Duration</strong>: 7 months</p><p><strong>Capacity</strong>: 5 days per week</p><p><strong>Location</strong>: Basel, Switzerland</p> </div>
