<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>Project Manager Biopharma TechOps Projects (M/F/D)</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><u>Tasks</u>:</p><ul><li>The project manager shall lead a cross-functional project team with internal and external partners as well as functions like quality experts and SME (e.g. Drug Product Subject Matter Experts)</li><li>The project has the target to carry out a TechTransfer from countries in Europe to Brazil</li><li>The scope are 3 different TechTransfer workstreams; Assembly &amp; Packaging-TT, Drug Product-TT, Drug Substance-TT</li><li>Project manager will be responsible to keep the project timeline, assure required quality and monitor the project budget</li><li>The project manager will need to coordinate with multiple parties (internal, external partners, push for deliverables, and navigate cultural differences in collaboration, requiring strong organizational and communication skills</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><u>Qualification:</u></p><ul><li>The ideal candidate is a project manager with biosimilar/biotech experience, who is pushy, diplomatic, able to quickly integrate into new projects, and fluent in English (German is not a must)</li><li>Profound experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects dealing with different cultures</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li><li>Experience in managing pharma project, preferred biopharma, preferred experience in managing TechTransfer projects</li><li>Portuguese language skills preferred</li><li>Must: fluent in English (German is not a must)</li><li>Onboarding on site in Hessen for 1-2 weeks, but in general per remote possible (homeoffice)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><u>Requirements: </u></p><p><strong>Start</strong>: 20.07.2026</p><p><strong>Duration</strong>: 27.11.2026</p><p><strong>Capacity</strong>: 5 days per week</p><p><strong>Location</strong>: Remote</p> </div>
