Every model you build impacts user engagement, advertiser ROI, and platform revenue in real time, operating within a system where behavioural data is continuously used to optimise outcomes across hundreds of millions of users.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you’ll own</strong></p><ul><li>Production ML models for <strong>LTV, conversion, and user behaviour prediction</strong></li><li>End-to-end ownership of the <strong>ML lifecycle (data → model → deployment → A/B testing)</strong></li><li>Large-scale behavioural data processing (TBs of data, distributed systems)</li><li>Real-time model performance optimisation under strict latency constraints</li><li>Close collaboration with Engineering and Product teams on decision systems</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p><p>You should have strong experience building and shipping <strong>production-grade machine learning systems</strong> at scale. This includes hands-on work with deep learning models, not just experimentation, and a proven ability to take models from research to live environments.</p><p>Strong Python and SQL skills are essential, along with experience working with large distributed datasets and modern ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
