Every model you build impacts user engagement, advertiser ROI, and platform revenue in real time, operating within a system where behavioural data is continuously used to optimise outcomes across hundreds of millions of users.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you’ll own</strong></p><ul><li>Production ML models for <strong>LTV, conversion, and user behaviour prediction</strong></li><li>End-to-end ownership of the <strong>ML lifecycle (data → model → deployment → A/B testing)</strong></li><li>Large-scale behavioural data processing (TBs of data, distributed systems)</li><li>Real-time model performance optimisation under strict latency constraints</li><li>Close collaboration with Engineering and Product teams on decision systems</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p><p>You should have strong experience building and shipping <strong>production-grade machine learning systems</strong> at scale. This includes hands-on work with deep learning models, not just experimentation, and a proven ability to take models from research to live environments.</p><p>Strong Python and SQL skills are essential, along with experience working with large distributed datasets and modern ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. You should be comfortable working across the full ML lifecycle and understand how model performance translates directly into business outcomes.</p><p>Just as important is your ability to bridge technical and product thinking—translating real-world problems into ML solutions and clearly communicating impact to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Tech stack</strong></p><p>PyTorch, TensorFlow, Triton, Spark, Trino, AWS Athena, Airflow, Python, SQL, Scikit-learn, XGBoost</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Logistics</strong></p><p>Hamburg (Hybrid – 3 days onsite).</p><ul><li>Relocation and visa support available.</li><li>Salary Range - €85-€100k p/a</li></ul> </div>
