We don't bolt AI onto broken workflows; we redesign them with AI at the core.<br/><br/><strong>Role<br/><br/></strong>As a Senior Data &amp; BI Business Analyst (Finance), you will be:<br/><br/><ul><li>Understanding Finance business challenges and translating them into structured functional requirements</li><li>Gathering, analysing, and prioritising requirements through stakeholder workshops, and producing detailed functional specifications for BI &amp; Analytics solutions</li><li>Defining data models and business objects with Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers, applying dimensional modeling (star schema, facts, dimensions, KPIs, semantic models)</li><li>Supporting UAT, validation, and ensuring business requirements are met throughout delivery</li><li>Upholding data governance, business rules, documentation, and data-quality standards, and driving user adoption of BI/Data best practices<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br/><br/></strong>To succeed in this role, you bring a combination of expertise, experience, and skills including:<br/><br/><ul><li>6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Business Analysis.
