These shall be consolidated, structured, and framed into a consistent, </p><p>high-quality set of standardized analytics services and solutions, including clear positioning and narratives. </p><p>• The consultant will work based on a substantial amount of existing material (project documentation, use case descriptions, internal presentations) and support the conceptual structuring, product approach design, and the professional preparation of executive-ready materials. </p><p>• The results will be used for internal alignment, positioning, and further strategic discussions </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><p>1. Content Structuring &amp; Conceptual Support </p><p>a. Review and structure existing project, product and use case materials </p><p>b. Provide outside-in perspective on current team focus areas and identify </p><p>potential additional areas to be addressed </p><p>c. Support the conceptual framing and positioning of a small set of coherent standardized analytics services and solutions (approx. 4-5) </p><p>2. Storylining &amp; Storytelling </p><p>a. Derive consistent storylines across services and solutions, as well as an overarching portfolio narrative </p><p>b. Develop clear, management-ready storylines for individual analytics services and solutions </p><p>c. Translate complex analytics topics into structured, accessible narratives </p><p>d. Ensure consistency in messaging, terminology, and level of abstraction in all materials </p><p>3. Presentation &amp; Material Preparation </p><p>a. Create high-quality, execution-ready presentation materials based on agreed storylines </p><p>b. Prepare concise, management-ready overviews of developed services and solutions based on existing projects and use cases </p><p>c. Support the creation of an overarching presentation integrating all standardized analytics services and solutions into a coherent portfolio view </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required qualifications: </strong></p><p>• 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or concept development roles, ideally in analytics- data- or AI-driven environments </p><p>• Proven experience working with Data Analytics &amp; AI Teams to structure offerings and create executive-ready narratives &amp; materials </p><p>• Strong skills in storylining, storytelling, and visual preparation of complex topics </p><p>• Good general understanding of analytics, AI, BI, and data management products </p><p>• Ability to structure and position content without deep operational implementation work </p><p>• Ability and willingness to critically challenge existing approaches and assumptions; experience in constructively questioning and refining product- or offering-related concepts is a strong plus </p><p>• High degree of independence and a structured, outcome-oriented working style </p><p>• Very good communication skills in English (German is a plus) </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Documentation of results: </strong></p><p>• Structured overview of reviewed projects and use cases </p><p>• Conceptual framing and storyline for each defined standardized analytics service and solution </p><p>• High-quality slide decks for: </p><p>o Individual standardized analytics services and solutions incl. business value description </p><p>o Consolidated overview of the overall analytics portfolio, including vision </p><p>o Clear next steps and roadmap spanning all standardized analytics services and solutions</p> </div>
