Given its lower complexity and scope within Client, this analysis should be significantly less time-consuming.</p><p>• The final deliverable must be a management-level decision proposal outlining the path forward for the overall project. It must provide a clear recommendation on whether to continue developing Serverless Platform or to execute the global, cross-divisional rollout using a new approach.</p> </div>
