As a Senior Consultant Ivalua (f/m/d), you play a key role in advancing our projects and are responsible for the successful implementation of innovative solutions.<br/><br/>The following tasks await you:<br/><br/><br/><ul><li>Implementation and configuration of Ivalua modules</li><li>Consulting with the customer to analyze, optimize, and redesign sourcing and procurement processes</li><li>Requirements analysis, conducting workshops, and discussing options and best practices with business and IT stakeholders</li><li>Designing functional and technical solution concepts based on Ivalua</li><li>Leading workstreams or sub-projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality are met</li><li>Contributing to pre-sales and practice development activities<br/><br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br/><br/></strong>To be well-prepared for your path as a Senior Consultant Ivalua (f/m/d), you bring the following qualifications:<br/><br/><br/><ul><li>A completed degree and at least 3 years of professional experience in consulting, with deep expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P), procurement, and supply chain processes, supported by hands-on experience with digital procurement platforms and transformation projects.</li><li>Passion for consulting, as well as for stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Expertise in Ivalua platform configuration, including advanced administration and technical capabilities, supported by L3 certification, SaaS architecture understanding, and ERP integration experience.</li><li>A working style is characterized by confident presence as a trusted advisor, ownership of delivery responsibilities, and contribution to proposal preparation.<br/><br/><br/></li></ul>Important Information Before Departure:<br/><br/><br/><ul><li>Start: By agreement - always at the beginning of a month</li><li>Working hours: Full-time (40h); 30 vacation days</li><li>Employment type: Permanent</li><li>Area: Consulting</li><li>Language: Fluent in English &amp; German at least B2</li><li>Flexibility &amp; willingness to travel</li><li>Other: A valid work permit; if needed, we can apply for the work permit as part of our recruiting process.
