This role is ideal for someone who combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution and enjoys working in an entrepreneurial consulting environment.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>As a Senior Consultant at Bluemorrow, you will independently manage small to mid-sized projects and play a central role in more complex engagements. Your responsibilities include:</p><p><strong>Client Project Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Take full ownership of foresight and innovation projects from scoping to delivery</li><li>Act as the primary client contact, building trusted, long-term relationships</li><li>Lead project teams, ensuring that quality, timelines, budget and scope are met</li><li>Design and facilitate workshops, strategy sessions and executive presentations</li><li>Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations</li></ul><p><strong>Business Development & Growth</strong></p><ul><li>Identify follow-up opportunities and actively contribute to upselling and project extensions</li><li>Independently develop and lead standard proposals and pitches and contribute to more complex bids</li><li>Support the development of Bluemorrow’s offerings, methodologies and points of view</li></ul><p><strong>Internal Contribution & Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Over time mentor and support junior team members in their professional development</li><li>Contribute to internal initiatives such as knowledge development, process improvement and thought leadership</li><li>Be actively involved in recruitment processes and team building</li></ul><p>Your role will combine strategic responsibility with hands-on delivery, offering significant autonomy while working closely with the larger Bluemorrow team.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Requirements </strong></p><ul><li><strong>Professional Experience:</strong> 4–7 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, innovation, venture building, or a corporate / entrepreneurial environment</li><li><strong>Educational Background: </strong>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, innovation, engineering, entrepreneurship, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience</li><li><strong>Project Leadership & Client Engagement:</strong> Proven ability to independently manage projects end-to-end, incl. scope, timeline, budget and stakeholder coordination, while acting as a trusted client partner</li><li><strong>Strategic & Analytical Skills: </strong>Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to structure complex challenges and translate insights into actionable recommendations</li><li><strong>Communication & Facilitation: </strong>Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, incl. confidence in facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Ownership, Collaboration & Adaptability: </strong>Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, mentor junior colleagues and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li><li><strong>Tech-Savvy: </strong>Strong proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (e.g. Miro), with practical experience using AI and digital tools to support research, analysis, problem-solving, and project delivery</li><li><strong>Language Skills: </strong>Fluency in English is essential; German is a strong plus.</li><li><strong>Passion for Innovation: </strong>Demonstrated interest in foresight, innovation, and venture building, with curiosity about emerging trends, technologies and new business models</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Duration & Compensation</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Start Date: </strong>01.09.2026</li><li><strong>Competitive Compensation:</strong> Based on experience and seniority</li><li><strong>Office Location: </strong>Berlin, with an expectation of being on-site 2–3 days per week</li><li><strong>High-Impact Work: </strong>Lead cutting-edge projects in foresight and innovation for ambitious clients</li><li><strong>Entrepreneurial Environment: </strong>A high level of responsibility, autonomy, and influence in a growing consultancy</li><li><strong>Career Development: </strong>A transparent career path with opportunities to grow toward Manager and beyond</li><li><strong>Collaborative Culture: </strong>Work closely with a motivated, ambitious team that values trust, curiosity and excellence</li><li><strong>Flexible Working Model: </strong>Hybrid setup balancing focus, flexibility and in-person collaboration</li></ul> </div>
