Seniority here means leadership presence — someone who anticipates Scrum Master issues and shapes delivery, not just executes against the backlog.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The team</strong> A 12-person DevOps team — 8 developers and 4 Business Engineers — owning the continued evolution and migration of existing eBanking web applications, with payment transactions at the centre.</p><p><strong>Core responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Further development and migration of eBanking web apps, payments-focused</li><li>Business Engineering lead on migration projects, platform changes and format migrations (SWIFT, ISO 20022, etc.)</li><li>Analysis, conception and documentation of payment-transaction requirements (business and requirements engineering)</li><li>Apply agile process models, particularly SAFe</li><li>Produce technical specifications aligned to IREB standards</li></ul><p><strong>Must-haves</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years in payment transactions, hands-on with SWIFT, SIC, eBill, LSV and ISO 20022</li><li>Proven payments migration experience across formats, platforms and processes</li><li>Business and Requirements Engineering background</li><li>Track record delivering in agile environments (SAFe preferred)</li><li>German C2 / near-native</li><li>100% on-site availability in Zürich</li><li>Senior profile: anticipates Scrum-related friction, structured and precise, leadership instinct</li></ul><p><strong>Nice-to-have</strong></p><ul><li>IREB certification</li><li>Testing experience</li><li>eBanking or wider financial services exposure</li></ul><p></p> </div>
