We're looking for a Senior Business Engineer to join an established team in Zurich on a long-term contract.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>You'll work as a BA embedded in a team of 12 (8 developers, 4 BEs), focused on the further development and migration of eBanking web applications — with payments at the core.</p><p>This is a senior position. Beyond the technical brief, you'll bring leadership presence and the ability to anticipate and resolve Agile/Scrum-related challenges before they become blockers.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Must-Haves</strong></p><p>Payments experience — SWIFT, SIC, ISO 20022, eBill, LSV Payments migration &amp; platform change experience Business &amp; requirements engineering (IREB knowledge a plus) Agile delivery — SAFe experience essential German C2 / native level — non-negotiable 5–8 years' experience in financial services / eBanking</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><p>IREB certification Testing experience</p> </div>
