Senior Business Analyst
<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> For our Client, we are looking for a highly experienced <strong>Senior Business Analyst </strong>with strong expertise in Client Onboarding, KYC, Scrum, and SAFe to join an interdisciplinary DevOps team focused on digital onboarding and product opening processes.<br/><br/><strong>Key Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong><ul><li> Analyze business requirements and evaluate their technical and operational feasibility</li><li> Develop and assess forward-looking solution scenarios, taking into account business value, quality standards, and risk management</li><li> Create detailed requirement documentation, including functional specifications, features, and user stories</li><li> Actively participate in the implementation, testing, and deployment phases</li><li> Share responsibility for application operations and second-level support, including incident and defect resolution</li><li> Support the sales team in resolving complex issues</li><li> Organize, facilitate, and lead workshops with internal stakeholders</li><li> Collaborate closely with Business Engineers, Product Management, Subject Matter Experts, DevOps Engineers, and IT Architecture teams<br/><br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Mandatory Requirements<br/><br/></strong><ul><li> University degree (or University of Applied Sciences) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Banking & Finance, or a related field</li><li> Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Engineer or in a similar role acting as interface between Business and IT</li><li> Strong expertise in:<br/><br/><br/></li></ul>Client Onboarding and Digital Product Opening processes<br/><br/>Client Lifecycle Management<br/><br/>Financial services environments and related value flows<br/><br/><ul><li> Solid understanding of the entire customer lifecycle, including Onboarding, KYC, Review processes, and Mutation/Change processes</li><li> Very good knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum and SAFe)</li><li> German language skills at C2 level</li><li> English language skills at B2 level<br/><br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Workplace: </strong>Onsite presence at the Client’s location in Switzerland is required (up to 100% depending on project phase).
