<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> For our end Client in the Swiss public sector, we are looking for a highly experienced <strong>Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer – Real Estate SAFe</strong>.<br/><br/>Initial situation & mandate<br/><br/><ul><li>Focus on a tenant portal and modern web solutions for creating user-friendly websites</li><li>Close collaboration with the marketing and operations departments<br/><br/><br/></li></ul>Main tasks<br/><br/><ul><li>Supporting the real estate marketing and management departments in creating requirement specifications, taking into account the technical system requirements (especially for the tenant portal with various self-service cases)</li><li>Developing the subject-specific foundations for requirements creation and translating business requirements into backlog items (epics, features, etc.)</li><li>Analyzing the overall interrelationships of business processes, organisational structures, IT and material resources, and identifying security vulnerabilities</li><li>Identifying, reviewing and documenting technical needs; developing proposed solutions and decision-making criteria</li><li>Preparing quality assurance measures in accordance with the specified requirements</li><li>Creating test cases and evaluating and supporting user testing<br/><br/><br/></li></ul>Requirements<br/><br/><ul><li>Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Business Informatics (HF, FH, ETH, Uni) or equivalent further education</li><li>Several years of experience in business analysis and solution design, as well as experience with agile methods (SAFe)</li><li>Experience in AI-supported business analysis and design, as well as a habit of automating tasks where possible and sensible</li><li>Very good German and good English skills<br/><br/><br/></li></ul>Advantageous<br/><br/><ul><li>Expertise in the railway sector, preferably in the real estate field</li><li>Basic knowledge of Enterprise Architect, Confluence and Jira</li><li>Knowledge of service-oriented architectures as well as understanding of web-based architectures and technologies</li><li>Willingness to take responsibility and proactively initiate and manage professional topics</li><li>SAP know-how (releasing processes)<br/><br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Work mode:</strong> Bern.
