Salesforce Product Manager (m/f/d)

This role combines business analysis / requirements engineering, testing, 1st-level support and leading projects to introduce new features as well as making sure changes are being communicated to important stakeholders.</p><p>You will work closely within your team (including one admin and one architect/developer) and our most important stakeholders: Salesforce Key Users, Sales, Customer Operations, Marketing and data engineering.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Tasks</strong></p><ul><li>Own and manage the Jira backlog, ensuring incoming requests, bugs, and improvements are captured and prioritized effectively</li><li>Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, user needs, and strategic objectives</li><li>Translate requests into clear, actionable user stories, process flows, and functional specifications</li><li>Define acceptance criteria and ensure requirements are complete and testable</li><li>Prepare and execute functional and user acceptance testing (UAT)</li><li>Drive release communication and enable stakeholders, key users, and training teams to successfully adopt changes.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator / Enabler or similar role</li><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple topics and solve problems pragmatically</li><li>Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM processes (including Salesforce reporting)</li><li>Experience gathering and documenting business requirements</li><li>Hands-on experience with testing and validation of business applications</li><li>Comfortable working in an agile environment and collaborating across cross-functional teams</li><li>Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools</li><li>Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken - German is a plus</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Bring your dog to the office</li><li>6 week vacation</li><li>Mobile devices also for private use</li><li>Drinks, food & goodies</li><li>Restaurant vouchers and employee discount</li><li>Transparent, competitive salary</li><li>Up to 12 weeks Workation</li><li>Remote work option</li><li>Trust-based working hours</li><li>Communication on equal terms </li></ul><p><br/></p><p>The annual gross salary for this position ranges between €60,000 and €80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.</p> </div>
