This role will focus on producing both high-level and low-level solution designs across multiple payments-related workstreams.</p><p>This is a critical position requiring a proactive and self-sufficient individual who can operate effectively within a complex organisational landscape and engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.<br/><br/></p>Key Responsibilities<br/><br/><ul><li>Define and produce <strong>high-level and low-level solution architectures</strong> for strategic banking initiatives</li><li>Translate business and functional requirements into <strong>clear, scalable technical designs</strong></li><li>Work closely with business analysts, delivery teams, and engineering resources to ensure design readiness</li><li>Engage with stakeholders across multiple domains, managing expectations and resolving challenges</li><li>Navigate internal systems, processes, and dependencies to gather required inputs and drive progress</li><li>Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and governance frameworks</li><li>Support development teams by providing clarity on design decisions and technical direction<br/><br/></li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Experience<br/><br/><ul><li>Proven experience working as a <strong>Solution Architect within retail banking or financial services</strong></li><li>Strong background in <strong>payments architecture</strong>, ideally including card-based or digital payment solutions</li><li>Ability to produce both <strong>high-level and detailed technical designs</strong> independently</li><li>Demonstrated experience working in <strong>complex, large-scale organisational environments</strong></li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge when required</li><li>Experience working across distributed teams and navigating organisational dependencies<br/><br/></li></ul>Desirable Experience<br/><br/><ul><li>Exposure to card schemes </li><li>Experience delivering solutions related to <strong>transaction data enrichment or digital checkout/payment journeys</strong></li><li>Prior experience working on time-sensitive or high-priority transformation initiatives<br/><br/></li></ul>Candidate Profile<br/><br/><ul><li>Highly proactive and capable of <strong>working autonomously</strong></li><li>Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to <strong>remove blockers and drive outcomes</strong></li><li>Comfortable operating in a <strong>fast-paced, evolving delivery environment</strong></li><li>Politically aware, with the ability to <strong>navigate complex stakeholder landscape<br/></strong></li></ul><p> </p><br/><p><span><strong>About Korn Ferry<em> </em></strong></span></p><br/><p><span><em>Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
