<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <strong>Job Description<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Develop ad hoc analyses or reports and communicate insights to business teams.</li><li>Capture high-level and detailed requirements through interviews with other departments and collaborate on reporting and data-related projects.</li><li>Provide support to users Business Intelligence reporting infrastructure and assist users in finding the right information.</li><li>Develop new and update existing reports.</li><li>Drive the standardization of data metrics by leveraging data- and business process knowledge.</li><li>Be a liaison between Shopee PH and Business Intelligence technical engineers to ensure proper definition of requirements.</li><li>Determine opportunities for automation using different technologies.</li><li>Learn and develop new processes to improve reporting tools and systems.</li><li>Manage and maintain Service Level Agreements of different third-party companies.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related quantitative field</li><li>With a minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in data analysis</li><li>With advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL skills (Python a plus)</li><li>Detail-oriented and has proven project management skills.</li><li>Open to flexible arrangements during campaign/peak seasons</li></ul> </div>
