The role will focus on coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.<br/><br/></p> <br/><br/><br/><br/>Responsibilities<br/><br/><ul><li>Lead end-to-end planning and execution of semiconductor development projects.</li><li>Manage schedules, resources, budgets and project risks.</li><li>Coordinate activities across engineering, product management and operational functions.</li><li>Drive communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure alignment between development objectives, quality requirements and delivery milestones.</li><li>Manage relationships with external partners, suppliers and technology providers.</li><li>Provide regular programme updates to senior leadership.<br/><br/></li></ul> <br/><br/><br/><br/>Candidate Requirements<br/><br/><ul><li>Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science or a related discipline.</li><li>Experience managing semiconductor, ASIC, SoC or complex electronics development projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of semiconductor product development processes.</li><li>Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional and international teams.</li><li>Excellent planning, communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Project management certification would be considered advantageous.<br/><br/></li></ul> <br/><br/><p>If you enjoy managing technically challenging development programmes and working closely with high-performing engineering teams, I'd welcome the opportunity to discuss this position further.<br/></p><p></p> </div>
