<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>We are currently working with an industrial bakery business who create tailor-made bakery solutions across ingredients, machinery and recipe development to help create baked goods whilst optimising quality, efficiency and profitability. </p><p>They are looking to bring on an R&amp;D Manager to lead product innovation and support customers across Germany and northern Europe across a broad range of bakery applications. </p><p>Role:</p><ul><li>Lead the development of new bakery products, ingredients and formulations</li><li>Manage R&amp;D projects from concept through trials to commercialisation</li><li>Work closely with Sales, marketing, production and purchasing</li><li>Build and strengthen relationships with key customers ad ingredient suppliers</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Degree in Food science, Food Technology or related discipline</li><li>3+ years within bakery R&amp;D, product development or technical applications</li><li>Experience developing products across bread, cakes, pastries, snack categories</li><li>Fluent English speaking</li></ul> </div>
