The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions while maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.</p>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead end-to-end project planning and execution</li><li>Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and project deliverables</li><li>Coordinate with stakeholders, business teams, developers, QA, and vendors</li><li>Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV, and regulatory requirements</li><li>Track project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans</li><li>Drive Agile project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Prepare project status reports and executive presentations</li><li>Ensure high-quality delivery within scope and deadlines</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business</li><li>5+ years of Project Management experience</li><li>Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies</li><li>Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience is mandatory</li><li>Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Azure DevOps</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills</li><li>PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred</li><li>Fluent English required; </li></ul> </div>
