This role combines technical coordination, stakeholder management, and project execution within the renewable energy sector.<br/><br/>You will work closely with grid operators, authorities, landowners, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and on schedule.<br/><br/><strong>Key Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong>• Plan and coordinate grid connection activities for wind energy projects<br/>• Oversee projects from grid integration through commissioning<br/>• Coordinate with grid operators, authorities, and external partners<br/>• Manage tenders for medium-voltage components and cable route construction services<br/>• Evaluate technical bids and support vendor selection<br/>• Coordinate electrical certification processes and ensure compliance<br/>• Help optimize internal project workflows and operational efficiency<br/><br/><strong>Requirements<br/><br/></strong>• Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field<br/>• 3+ years of relevant professional experience<br/>• Experience in wind energy or related technical environments preferred<br/>• Strong organizational and communication skills<br/>• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously<br/>• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint<br/>• Valid Class B driver’s license<br/>• German language proficiency at C1 level required<br/><br/><strong>What’s Offered<br/><br/></strong>• Flexible hybrid/remote work environment<br/>• 30 vacation days<br/>• Flat hierarchies and fast decision-making<br/>• Collaborative and supportive team culture<br/>• Performance-based compensation<br/>• Opportunity to contribute directly to renewable energy transformation<br/><br/><strong>Hiring Process<br/><br/></strong>1.
