The successful candidate will work within a highly complex stakeholder environment, coordinating internal teams, Group Programme Management, external delivery partners, and technical specialists to ensure successful project del</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>ivery.<br/><br/>The programme will deliver the transformation of the GEPARD (Shared Partner Database) application from the CA Gen 4GL code generator to native COBOL running on the IBM z/OS mainframe, while also replacing the Endevor source code management platform with</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p> GitLab.<br/><br/>Key Respon</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>sibilities<br/><br/>Proje</p><p><br/></p><p>ct Inception<br/>Develop the Project Man</p><p>agement Plan.Define project scope and Work Breakdown Str</p><p>ucture (WBS).Develop the detailed project d</p><p>elivery plan.Define the Transformation Factory deliv</p><p>ery approach.Coordinate target architect</p><p>ure planning.Establish project governance and reportin</p><p>g structures.Develop staffing and re</p><p>source plans.Define the high-level test</p><p>ing strategy.Manage stakeholde</p><p>r engagement.Establish Operational Readin</p><p>ess criteria.Develop the Go-L</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>ive strategy.<br/><br/>P</p><p><br/></p><p>roject Delivery<br/>Lead and coordinate all proj</p><p>ect workstreams.Manage complex stakeholder relationships across business, technology and ex</p><p>ternal partners.Monitor project performance using Earned Value M</p><p>anagement (EVM).Produce executive-level pr</p><p>oject reporting.Manage project budgets and fin</p><p>ancial tracking.Coordinate tes</p><p>ting activities.Ensure Operational Readiness, including performance, stability, security </p><p>and reliability.Coordinate deployments and oversee successful Go-</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Live activities.<br/><br/>Skill</p><p><br/></p><p>s &amp; Experience<br/>Fluent German and Eng</p><p>lish are essential.Extensive Project Management experience delivering large-scale enterprise transfo</p><p>rmation programmes.Experience within financial services or other highly regu</p><p>lated environments.Proven ability to manage complex programmes involving multiple stakeholders and t</p><p>hird-party vendors.Strong project governance, planning, budgeting and risk man</p><p>agement experience.Experience using Earned Valu</p><p>e Management (EVM).Knowledge of IBM z/OS, COBOL, legacy modernisation or mainframe transformation projects would be h</p><p><br/></p>ighly advantageous. </div>
