Within our Industry Practice, we partner with leading industrial players to transform their operations, from process optimization to large-scale Industry 4.0 initiatives.</p><p><br/></p><p>By joining us, you gain access to:</p><ul><li>High-impact projects in Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, and digital transformation</li><li>A strong community of engineering professionals</li><li>Certified leadership coaching &amp; continuous development</li><li>Flexible career models and a commitment to work-life balance</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>WHAT YOU'LL DO</p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Lead the structured execution of complex, cross-functional development projects, ensuring transparency, alignment, and disciplined governance from kickoff to closure</li><li>Coordinate or lead interdisciplinary technical development projects spanning mechatronics, embedded systems, and system-level integration</li><li>Apply project management tools, processes, and governance frameworks to keep programmes on track and stakeholders aligned</li><li>Act as the central point of coordination across engineering, production, quality, procurement, and product management</li><li>Prepare decision-ready analyses, status reports, and steering documents for senior leadership</li><li>Proactively manage risks and issues, and run structured change processes across complex projects and programmes</li><li>Contribute to the rollout of Factory 4.0 initiatives : connected equipment, digital twins, OEE monitoring, and data-driven process improvement</li><li>Support process excellence efforts using PFMEA and Lean Six Sigma methodologies</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering &amp; Business, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field</li><li>5 to 8 years of experience driving complex, cross-functional development projects</li><li>Solid understanding of business-economic correlations, cost structures, and scenario evaluation</li><li>Proven track record coordinating stakeholders across engineering, production, quality, procurement, and product management</li><li>Strong command of the MS Office suite (5+ years)</li><li>Fluent English; German is an asset</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>NICE TO HAVE</p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Lean Six Sigma certification: Black Belt ideally</li><li>Experience with Planview or similar project portfolio management tools</li><li>Background in industrial automation: PLC, SCADA, MES</li><li>Exposure to IoT-enabled manufacturing systems and smart factory environments</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Join Us &amp; Build the Future We are hiring now!</p><p><br/></p><p>If you are ready to work on complex engineering challenges and be part of a premium consulting collective, apply now and join the ELLEON Collective.</p><p><br/></p><p>Apply today!
