AI & ML Engineer

Already in production and scaling rapidly, they are looking for experienced AI & ML Engineers to strengthen their core engineering team.</p><p><br/></p><p>This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who wants real ownership, real impact, and the chance to grow fast in a world-class technical environment.</p><p><br/></p><p>Your responsibilities</p><ul><li>Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models across various learning paradigms</li><li>Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines and data infrastructure for production use</li><li>Contribute to data collection, curation, annotation, and quality assurance workflows</li><li>Integrate learning-based methods into production software stacks</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional R&D, Product, and Data teams</li><li>Participate in prototype testing and support production releases</li><li>Apply engineering best practices: versioning, modularity, testability, CI/CD</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>What we're looking for</p><ul><li>BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience</li><li>0–4 years of professional experience in ML, data engineering, or MLOps</li><li>Solid Python skills and working knowledge of standard ML frameworks</li><li>Curious, autonomous, and pragmatic</li><li>Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Based in or relocating to Zürich, available immediately or on short notice (1 month)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Nice to have</p><ul><li>Exposure to cloud infrastructure or containerisation environments</li><li>Interest or experience in reinforcement learning or imitation learning</li><li>Familiarity with data pipeline design or MLOps tooling</li><li>Any experience deploying ML models in production</li></ul><p></p> </div>
