Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support early-phase development.</p><p>The Project Manager will play a key role in driving BESS projects through the early stages of development, from concept through to permitting and pre-construction readiness.</p><p>This is a fast-paced, collaborative role requiring strong stakeholder management and a solid understanding of energy infrastructure projects.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and coordinate early-stage development activities for BESS projects across Germany</li><li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and key deliverables during the development phase</li><li>Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders</li><li>Interface with grid operators, landowners, and local authorities</li><li>Prepare and present project updates to senior leadership and investors</li></ul><p><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience as a Project Manager within renewable energy, ideally BESS, solar, or wind</li><li>Strong understanding of early-stage project development</li><li>Knowledge of the Germany energy market and regulatory environment</li><li>Fluent in English (understanding of German preferrable but not necessary)</li><li>Background in engineering, energy systems, or a related discipline</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Working Pattern:</strong></p><ul><li>Hybrid working model (remote work and site/office presence in Germany)</li><li>Flexibility required for project meetings and stakeholder engagement</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>If interested, apply below or contact me at +49 895 4198860 or olivia.pattinson-woolls@g2recruitment.com.</p> </div>
