As the senior figurehead on-site, you will own the project lifecycle from kick-off to hand-over, covering scope, schedule, quality, health &amp; safety, and financial performance.</p><p>Your focus will be driving a comprehensive CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) interior package—including structural ceilings, internal walls, raised access flooring, Hot Aisle Containment (HAC) systems, and critical architectural fit-outs. You will keep QA, EHS, document control, engineering, and construction logistics perfectly in sync, utilizing digital project-management platforms as your daily cockpit. We are looking for a pragmatic, decisive project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment and brings a down-to-earth, no-nonsense mentality.</p><p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Leadership</strong></p><p>Based in the Frankfurt region, you will orchestrate a tight-knit project team consisting of Site Managers, Supervisors, QA/EHS personnel, logistics coordinators, and BIM/engineering specialists. You will work closely with Commercial Management and Quantity Surveyors for strict cost control and profit optimization.</p><ul><li><strong>Internal Operations:</strong> Set the cadence for weekly look-aheads, unblock critical paths on the spot, and coach team leads to think like business owners.</li><li><strong>Reporting:</strong> Report directly to the regional operations leadership with concise dashboards and clear risk-response plans.</li><li><strong>External Relations:</strong> Act as the primary interface representing the business to clients, engineering consultants, and local German authorities.</li></ul><p><strong>Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>We prefer to look at your overall capability rather than strict, rigid categories. However, our best estimate is that you will need the following to be successful:</p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 10+ years’ track record delivering CSA fit-outs or comparable high-spec industrial builds—ideally in live or greenfield data centre environments.</li><li><strong>Commercial Sharpness:</strong> Proven end-to-end ownership of project financials, partnering with Quantity Surveyors for detailed budget performance and forecasting.</li><li><strong>Site Mastery:</strong> Hands-on command of QA/QC workflows, document control, and safety systems, with the ability to turn corporate standards into everyday site habits.</li><li><strong>People Leadership:</strong> Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, clear field roadblocks in real-time, and keep parallel subcontractor work-streams on track.</li><li><strong>Technology:</strong> Daily fluency with project-control platforms; direct experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM workflows is a strong advantage.</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> A natural relationship-builder who can brief clients and corporate stakeholders with the same ease as subcontractor crews.</li><li><strong>Languages:</strong> A good command of both English and German is required to manage local site crews, regulations, and reporting lines.</li><li><strong>Mobility:</strong> Full on-site presence in the Frankfurt region, with flexibility for occasional travel to European headquarters.</li><li><strong>Mindset:</strong> Pragmatic and decisive—confident making critical calls when information is incomplete and the clock is ticking.</li></ul><p><br/></p> </div>
