<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>BESS Project Manager (End-to-End Delivery)</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced BESS Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle delivery of Battery Energy Storage System projects, from early development through to commissioning and handover.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Full ownership of project delivery from feasibility to COD and handover</li><li>Define and implement project execution strategy and governance</li><li>Manage schedule, budget, risk, and project performance</li><li>Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning</li><li>Oversee stakeholders including clients, contractors, suppliers, and grid operators</li><li>Ensure design and engineering compliance with technical standards and contractual requirements</li><li>Manage procurement processes and contract administration, including variations and claims</li><li>Oversee construction progress, quality assurance, and HSE compliance</li><li>Lead commissioning, testing, and operational readiness prior to handover</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, or similar)</li><li>Proven experience delivering large-scale energy or infrastructure projects end-to-end</li><li>Experience in BESS, renewables, or grid-connected systems</li><li>Strong EPC or Owner’s Engineering background</li><li>Knowledge of project controls (schedule, cost, risk)</li><li>Strong understanding of BESS systems and grid compliance</li><li>Experience managing contracts, procurement, and contractor performance</li><li>Confident German language skills (spoken and written)</li><li>Willingness to travel and work on-site regularly</li></ul><p><br/></p> </div>
